My name is Paul Po Man Lee. I am now working in the tourism industry, and is the founder of a new website: "Welcome 2 BC". I have been a Chinese educational book writer and a Color psychologist for 20 years. I did organized many personality workshops or seminars to social groups, company staffs, students or public in BC. I teach a personality training workshop in the continuing education department of Vancouver school board and have received good feed backs. Human beings have been trying to understand individual's inner nature and original personalities for thousand years. But our actual behaviors are heavily biased by the early maternal education, social environment and personal experiences. It is so confused that we are almost impossible to identify our real original personalities without careful analysis. Although there are many complicated system for experts to analyze personal characters, they are either too difficult, too general or may involve self interpretation about difficult terms of psychology.
I have been using my own Instant system of 8 Colour Personalities for 20 years to evaluate people's inner Character successfully. I published my first personality book ( EQ Colour Cards ) 26 years ago. Because I have been working in the tourism industry since 1995, I have numerous chances to come across thousands of cases to testify my theory. Now, I have full confidence to confirm someone's original personalities within just 3 to 5 minutes communication ( No difficult questionnaires needed ). I am probably the only one Instant Colour Psychologist in the province.
People are so diversified apparently. I have never met anyone that could help a big group of staffs or students to evaluate their own personalities in such an efficient way as I did. In my workshops, participants could suddenly rediscover their inner nature, and was positively inspired about a better awareness of their future career, future partners, or even better ideas to deal with competitors

He is currently working as a BC Tour Guide. For the past 4 years, he has been building a new tourism website "Welcome 2 BC.com", which is scheduled to be launched by 2014. This innovative site will present over 3,000 photos of colorful flowers, which will be one of the biggest collections of natural colors for color healing purposes. It will serve as a valuable tool helping people worldwide to self-balance their emotion through color visualization or color breathing. He understand the importance of Color frequencies to our general health because he has been an energy dowser for 30 years.
Since Paul has started studying color Personalities 30 years ago, He has interviewed over 10,000 individuals, and has conducted numerous workshops, classes and presentations to promote his new concept of "Color Revolution" : Applying this knowledge in our daily life to achieve self discovery, EQ balancing, personal development, social relationship, and also HR management.
